BIM Coordinator

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will work closely with the project team to develop and maintain BIM models that accurately reflect the architect’s design intent. This role ensures that all BIM deliverables meet the latest design updates and adhere to Singapore’s BIM submission standards.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain architecture BIM models in line with design changes.
• Provide BIM technical support across office‑wide projects, including troubleshooting and documentation assistance.
• Coordinate with architects and consultants, organize coordination meetings, and track design issues within the BIM model.
• Generate reports, perform clash detection, and assist with BIM interface checking.
• Support the creation of study BIM models, conduct model analysis, and produce design visualizations.
• Maintain the office BIM library, manage families, categories, filters, and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Assist in preparing training materials and deliver ad‑hoc training sessions for architectural and technical teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of BIM processes and ability to reflect architectural intent in models.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and managing design issues.
• Attention to detail in documentation, RFIs, and quality standards.
• Ability to work under direction and handle ad‑hoc project tasks.
