Architect – Design & Project Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Architect to join our design team and support the delivery of residential and mixed‑use projects. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, plan review, and on‑site coordination to ensure design intent and construction quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the design team in reviewing architectural plans and ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Monitor progress of assigned projects and conduct periodic site visits.
• Perform test‑fit studies and prepare area tabulations.
• Attend design and construction meetings, responding to RFA/RFI where applicable.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as design management, project development, and engineering.

Required profile

• PRC‑licensed graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an architectural design firm, preferably on horizontal housing developments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in BGC or Pasay.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion or other 3D rendering software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
