Application Developer – IT Service Management (Jira/Groovy)

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer specialized in IT Service Management to design, configure and maintain Jira‑based ITSM solutions for a large public healthcare project. The position works on a day shift aligned with Singapore time and includes an initial onsite period for setup and knowledge transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Jira ITSM forms and portals.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and Groovy scripts.
• Support Jira platform upgrades, patch management, and routine maintenance activities.
• Ensure platform stability, availability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive ITSM enhancement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Jira development experience.
• Proven experience with Groovy scripting.
• Strong knowledge of workflow customization and business rule implementation.
• Willingness to work onsite for the initial three‑month period.
• Availability to work day shift aligned with Singapore time.
