Amazon Marketplace Specialist - US/CA/UK Market

About the role

The Amazon Marketplace Specialist will own and optimise the full Amazon catalog across the US, Canada and UK marketplaces. You will manage inventory forecasting, advertising performance and cross‑functional partnerships to drive sales and profitability. This role works closely with agency partners and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Amazon listings, including titles, bullets, A+ content, images, backend keywords and attribute completeness.
• Monitor inventory health, build SKU‑level demand forecasts, manage replenishment, and coordinate inbound supply with production and logistics.
• Oversee external advertising agency, track ACoS, TACoS, ROAS and optimise spend across campaigns and marketplaces.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales, margin, ad efficiency and inventory accuracy, providing actionable analysis.
• Support expansion into new Amazon marketplaces, handling catalog build, compliance and go‑to‑market planning.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, preferably for a US‑based brand.
• Direct experience with FBA inventory planning, replenishment and shipment creation.
• Proven track record managing Amazon Advertising, either in‑house or through an agency.
• Strong attention to detail and data‑driven decision making, comfortable building models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to push back on stakeholders based on data.
