Accounting Staff

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to join our finance team in a fast‑paced environment. The role supports day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensures accurate financial reporting in compliance with Philippine standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, post, and reconcile journal entries and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Generate financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS/PFRS).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• CPA or non‑CPA certification.
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience; 1–2 years may be acceptable.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Familiarity with the GLASAIOUS accounting system.
• In‑depth knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS/PFRS).
