Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will support the Customer Success and Sales teams by monitoring and analysing subscription usage data, identifying retention risks and growth opportunities, and helping to drive renewal and account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify trends in the Domo analytics platform and collaborate with Subscription and Customer Success teams to improve engagement.
• Monitor subscription usage data, flag at‑risk accounts and highlight growth opportunities using CRM and reporting tools.
• Support proactive retention efforts by alerting early to declining usage trends.
• Coordinate outreach initiatives and identify value‑driven touchpoints for customers.
• Work with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover and ongoing client success.
• Develop dashboards or visualisations in Domo to track account health for internal stakeholders.
• Communicate platform usage challenges across customer segments and turn data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to create bespoke reports tailored to client needs.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success or account management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret usage data.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
