About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary trusted partner for our strategic brand accounts. The role involves overseeing brand relationships, monitoring brand health, and ensuring alignment between sales commitments and execution capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Own senior‑level relationships with assigned strategic brand accounts and act as the main escalation point for brand stakeholders.
- Conduct regular strategic check‑ins to assess partnership health and provide recommendations.
- Monitor brand sentiment across all touchpoints and campaigns, identifying risks and growth opportunities early.
- Maintain clear brand health indicators for leadership visibility.
- Coordinate with Operations, Creative, and Finance teams to deliver on brand expectations and ensure commitments made during sales are executable.
- Support leadership with strategic recommendations to strengthen and expand partnerships.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing strategic brand accounts and building senior‑level relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset to monitor brand sentiment and identify risks.
- Excellent communication skills to serve as the trusted partner and escalation point.
- Ability to collaborate across Operations, Creative, and Finance functions.
