Workplace Experience Officer

About the role

The Workplace Experience Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and physical infrastructure of MedGrocer’s office space, ensuring a safe, efficient and highly functional environment for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily auditing, repair management and preventive maintenance of workplace facilities to ensure operational safety and structural compliance.
• Source, negotiate and maintain strategic relationships with third‑party vendors, suppliers and contractors.
• Evaluate and implement design and layout enhancements to improve workplace comfort, space planning and office functionality.
• Manage operational databases for office tracking, execute asset allocation workflows and control procurement and replenishment of office supplies.
