About the role
We are seeking a skilled WEDM Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up and running wire EDM machines to produce high‑precision components while ensuring strict quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate WEDM equipment according to blueprints.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
- Maintain machinery, perform routine troubleshooting, and keep accurate production records.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet production targets.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Required profile
- Diploma in machining technology or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience operating WEDM machines.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
