About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our distribution centre. The role focuses on maintaining efficient workflow, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement across all warehouse activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead, mentor and develop a diverse warehouse team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Implement and uphold safety and regulatory standards to protect staff and assets.
- Coordinate inventory management processes and ensure accurate stock records.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System to monitor performance, generate reports and optimise processes.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items as required.
- Proven leadership ability with experience motivating and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Required skills
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
