Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless flow from receiving to delivery while upholding the company’s mission, vision, and core values. This role is pivotal in meeting customer fulfillment and service objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, order processing, picking, checking, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (current version), RQA Good Storage and Distribution Practices, and RQA Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices and Diagnostics.
• Monitor performance against regional guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align warehouse processes with overall business goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for audit readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant RQA guidelines.
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
