Warehouse Management System Operator

About the role

As a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Operator at 2GO Group, you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of daily warehouse transactions. Your focus on detail will support inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and provide critical visibility for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Process all orders for picking and invoicing to meet next‑day delivery targets.
• Prioritize and communicate delivery orders to the Warehouse Team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transport, and Warehouse teams on orders with special instructions.
• Monitor picking status, stock replenishment, and expiry dates before confirmation.
• Liaise with the Inventory Management team on physical or system stock changes.
• Respond to queries from all related departments.
• Work with IT to address system downtime or issues.
• Assist the Transport section with delivery instructions, specific dates, and area cut‑off times.
• Help prepare the monthly KPI report.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year business program, preferably Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or IT‑related studies.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and record‑management abilities.
• Highly detail‑oriented and able to work in a 24‑hour shifting environment, six days a week.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a warehouse setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
