Warehouse Custodian

About the role

The Warehouse Custodian will ensure a clean, organized, and efficiently run warehouse in Pulilan, supporting the flow of dried palay and packaging materials for rice milling partners. The role combines housekeeping, inventory control, and coordination with procurement, logistics, and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to verify stock levels of dried palay and packaging.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
• Oversee the milling of dried palay to milled rice at accredited partner mills.
• Store items using FIFO/FEFO standards and monitor discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Field Operations to ensure smooth material flow.

Required profile

• Graduate of Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of proper issuance, receiving, and documentation procedures.
• Familiarity with stock monitoring and inventory control processes.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse setting.
• Preferably residing in or near Pulilan, Bulacan.
