Warehouse Associate

About the role

DHL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its supply chain team. In this onsite position you will be responsible for picking, dispatching and handling inventory to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and dispatch items to the appropriate forwarder, ensuring correct quantities.
• Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies and participating in counts.
• Inspect items for damage or defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly dispose of packaging waste.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve picking issues and report equipment malfunctions.
• Follow established picking procedures and safety protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of warehousing operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physical environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Required skills

• Operation of material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack).
• Inventory management and reporting.
