Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations at our Ormoc warehouse. The role involves receiving, inventory management, merchandising and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with receiving shipments, verifying deliveries, documenting receipts and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory activities and product organization.
• Prepare products for dispatch and ensure proper stock availability and presentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and secure while adhering to safety and storage standards.
• Participate in company events and cross‑functional initiatives in line with policies.

Required profile

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a related field.
• Experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales or a similar environment is a plus.
• Effective communicator, adaptable, able to work independently or in a team and perform well under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
