Visual Display and Design Officer

About the role

The Visual Display and Design Officer is responsible for shaping the visual identity of the company’s shopping malls. Reporting to senior management, the officer will create, implement and maintain design aesthetics that align with brand standards while supporting operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop visual display concepts for mall environments.
• Design and oversee product development related to signage, fixtures, and promotional installations.
• Manage AVID and other project management tools to track design projects from inception to completion.
• Control budgets for display projects, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and adherence to financial limits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure installations meet brand guidelines and operational requirements.
• Handle administrative functions related to design approvals and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or design for retail or mall settings.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and ability to translate them into physical displays.
• Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
