About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Virtual Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based healthcare clients. This remote position offers the stability of long‑term placement while allowing you to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar platforms.
• Utilise CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for candidate outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics and recommend workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting for healthcare or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with handling compliance and background‑check processes.
