About the role

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Financial Assistant to join our office in Makati. This entry‑level position supports the finance team with day‑to‑day tasks while working on‑site, providing a solid foundation for a career in financial administration.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions and invoices.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing basic financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely financial information flow.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in an office environment and collaborate with a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
