Vice President – Decision Intelligence (Manila)

About the role

Kroll is expanding its Decision Intelligence Services in the Philippines and is looking for a Vice President to build and lead a Manila‑based team. The role combines client‑facing advisory with the development of AI‑driven analytics solutions across the deal lifecycle, from origination to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, scale and lead global Data, Analytics and AI teams, providing thought leadership, mentorship and quality oversight.
• Design and deliver AI‑led solutions using advanced machine learning, generative AI, large language models, automation and large‑scale data platforms.
• Develop industry‑specific analytics offerings for financial services, consumer, retail and healthcare sectors.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of mid‑to‑large analytics engagements, ensuring high‑quality execution across regions.
• Drive go‑to‑market strategy, client pursuits, demos and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Translate business needs into scalable, data‑driven insights and optimization models.
• Review technical work of junior colleagues and coach their development.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading data, analytics or AI teams at a senior level.
• Strong client‑facing background with ability to manage pre‑sales, competitive pursuits and delivery.
• Excellent communication, financial acumen and leadership skills.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with capacity to manage multiple workstreams.
