US Tax Accountant (Remote, Night Shift)

About the role

The Tax Accountant will join the Office Services team, reporting to the Head of Tax, and will support partners and internal stakeholders with tax compliance, planning, accounting, and special projects. This full‑time remote role operates on a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for partners, trusts, LLCs, partnerships, and tax‑exempt entities.
• Calculate and file quarterly estimated tax payments.
• Assist partners, employees, and internal investors with tax, estate, and cash‑flow planning and provide ad‑hoc tax guidance.
• Prepare financial statements for closely held entities, record monthly accounting transactions, and support partner‑specific cash‑flow schedules.
• Support research and special projects such as sales‑and‑use tax matters, tax audits, state apportionment, R&D credit evaluations, and AEOI filings.

Required profile

• 4+ years of tax accounting experience, preferably in U.S. tax compliance, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, tax‑exempt entities, or financial services.
• CPA or EA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational and execution skills with a process‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
