U.S Radiology Coordinator – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy Radiology Coordinator to support a high‑volume, 24/7 U.S. radiology operation from the Philippines. You will act as a key liaison between radiologists, hospital staff, and clinical teams, ensuring critical diagnostic findings are communicated quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Relay critical radiology results and urgent findings to U.S. hospitals, referring physicians, and care teams following established protocols.
• Track, prioritize, and coordinate incoming diagnostic exams based on clinical urgency.
• Perform basic IT and software troubleshooting to resolve minor system glitches or access issues in radiology platforms.
• Monitor communication channels, incoming calls, and system alerts to guarantee rapid response times.
• Maintain real‑time documentation of communications, exam updates, and operational activities while respecting patient privacy.
• Follow SOPs and U.S. healthcare operational protocols in a 24/7 environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, or radiology practices.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows and professional communication with clinical teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of medical terminology; radiology terminology is a plus.
• Experience in radiology coordination, healthcare operations, medical administration, or virtual assistant roles.
