Travel Experience Representative / GDS

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Experience Representative who will use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to provide top‑tier service to travelers and corporate clients. The role involves handling inquiries, booking and modifying travel itineraries, and delivering clear, professional advice on travel options.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering travel‑related questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to book, amend, and cancel travel arrangements.
• Communicate travel options, costs, and itineraries to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions for future reference.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, industry trends, and airline policies to provide knowledgeable guidance.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in travel or tourism is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of customer‑service experience with at least one year of hands‑on GDS usage.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
