Travel Experience Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Experience Planner to join our Taguig office and create memorable journeys for our clients. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing bookings, and designing unique travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent, empathetic customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Travbest Travel & Tours Co. products to recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Facilitate bookings, itinerary changes, and special requests in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Address customer feedback and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Design and organize unique travel experiences that meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution.
• Support clients before and during travel, handling any arising concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Flexibility to work with diverse cultures and languages.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
