Travel Consultant Specialist

About the role

The Travel Consultant Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Central Luzon, Philippines. You will guide clients through every step of their travel journey, from destination recommendation to final itinerary delivery, while adhering to company policies and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend destinations, arrange transportation and accommodation, and create customized itineraries.
• Handle reservations and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information on travel options, pricing, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to resolve issues, process changes or cancellations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records, follow standard operating procedures, and support continuous improvement of travel services.

Required profile

• Strong travel consulting and management skills with end‑to‑end travel planning experience.
• Excellent customer service orientation, active listening, and empathy.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Central Luzon on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays.
• High school diploma required; college degree in tourism, hospitality, business or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a travel agency, BPO travel account, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
