About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to assist our clients in designing and booking complete travel itineraries. The role involves handling flights, accommodations, activities, and providing up‑to‑date advice on destinations, travel regulations and visa requirements.

Key responsibilities

Plan, book and modify travel itineraries for clients, including flights, hotels and activities.
Provide expert guidance on destination information, travel regulations and visa processes.
Manage changes, cancellations and client complaints promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, hotels and other vendors.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
35 years of experience in travel or customer‑service roles.
Detail‑oriented, passionate about travel and able to work under pressure.
Flexible working hours to accommodate client needs.

Required skills

Proficiency in travel booking software and related tools.
