About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to guide our clients through every step of their travel planning journey. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service while managing bookings, staying current on travel regulations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key responsibilities

Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Provide continuous support and clear communication throughout the booking process.
Stay updated on travel regulations, entry requirements, and industry trends.
Collaborate with travel vendors to negotiate rates and secure the best offers.
Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the travel experience.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3‑5 years of experience in travel services or customer‑facing roles.
Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
