About the role
Platonics is seeking a dedicated Travel Agent to manage flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and reissues for its global operations. You will support internal teams and external travel agents, ensuring smooth reservation processes across all shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and reissues using Travelport.
- Handle travel reservations and operational support through the Travelport platform.
- Assist travel agents and internal teams with ticketing and reservation requests.
- Resolve booking issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain high service levels and response times across all shifts.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Travelport.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced travel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.
- Previous experience supporting travel agencies, airlines, or travel operations is preferred.
