Travel Agent (GDS Specialist)

About the role

ATAIN is seeking a Travel Agent with strong GDS expertise to assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries. You will work on‑site in Alabang, providing personalized travel solutions and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with flight, hotel, car rental and activity bookings.
• Gather travel preferences and recommend suitable destinations and experiences.
• Provide detailed information on pricing, travel restrictions and documentation.
• Process reservations, handle payments and issue travel documents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, destinations and regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
• Keep accurate records of bookings and client interactions.

Required profile

• High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
• Minimum 1 year experience using Sabre/Sabre Red.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and on‑site in Muntinlupa, Alabang.
