Transport Planning Supervisor – Balagtas

About the role

Rebisco is seeking a Transport Planning Supervisor to lead transport coordination and delivery compliance for its operations in Balagtas, Bulacan. You will ensure smooth dock appointments, truck scheduling, and system integration while supporting the company’s fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dock appointment scheduling and truck coordination to meet delivery targets.
• Oversee proof‑of‑delivery processes and monitor rejection incidents.
• Align transition activities and maintain customer‑centric scheduling.
• Integrate transport data with SAP and generate performance reports.
• Lead a team of transport staff, ensuring compliance with delivery standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of any business‑related course.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in transport, warehouse, or distribution.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Balagtas, Bulacan.
• Preferred experience in FMCG warehouse and distribution management.
