Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist will join Savers Depot Official’s Mandaue store to design, deliver and evaluate learning programs for frontline and back‑office staff. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building product knowledge, customer service standards and company policies through classroom and on‑the‑job training.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training materials, modules and learning activities aligned with business goals.
• Conduct classroom sessions and on‑the‑job coaching for new hires and existing employees.
• Assess training needs, track participation and measure effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records and coordinate training schedules with supervisors.
• Support onboarding processes and continuously improve content in partnership with operations and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience planning, delivering and evaluating training programs, preferably in retail or home‑improvement environments.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mandaue and manage multiple initiatives.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
