About the role
We are looking for a Training Specialist to deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training for our call‑center associates. The role focuses on enhancing knowledge, skills and attitudes to meet performance and customer satisfaction targets.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom training sessions and other learning interventions for new hires and existing staff.
- Manage NH batches on pre‑process, delivering culture and soft‑skills training.
- Coach Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) representatives on managing program CSAT scores.
- Organise daily and weekly huddles with trainees to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Required profile
- At least two years of completed college education.
- Minimum two years of experience in call‑center or BPO process training.
- Familiarity with V&A training methods and US cultural standards.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bridgetowne.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
