Training Officer (Hybrid – Manila)

About the role

The Training Officer will design, develop, and deliver a variety of learning programs for our Manila office. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with department managers to close skill gaps and ensure training effectiveness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs (product knowledge, soft skills, compliance) using in‑person, virtual and blended formats.
• Conduct needs assessments with managers to identify critical skill gaps.
• Create engaging training materials such as presentations, job aids, and exercises.
• Measure training impact using Kirkpatrick levels, ROI analysis and performance data.
• Prepare analytical reports on training outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure all documentation complies with organizational standards.
• Collect and act on trainee feedback to continuously improve modules.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in training facilitation, instructional design or a related role.
• Experience in a relevant industry such as banking, finance, fintech or insurance.
• Strong ability to engage diverse audiences in both classroom and online settings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using Canva for visual content creation.
• Video content creation and video editing skills.
