Training Development Specialist – Finance

About the role

The Training Development Specialist – Finance will design and deliver training programs for finance teams while conducting quality audits to ensure operational excellence. This dual‑function role bridges learning and performance, using audit insights to create targeted interventions and measure their impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor‑led training for new hires and existing staff, aligning content with performance goals and operational standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits, evaluate interactions against defined criteria, and provide structured, actionable feedback.
• Analyze audit data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and systemic issues, then develop refresher training, job aids, coaching guides, or process clarifications.
• Track intervention effectiveness using metrics such as FCR, NRR, and initiated call rates, and prepare narrative performance reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise formats.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure audit consistency and contribute to quality frameworks.
• Support exploration of AI‑assisted auditing tools for multi‑language coverage.
• Provide hands‑on operational support during peak periods, including direct case processing when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Background in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
• At least 2 years of experience in communication programming or project work.
• Minimum 3 years in a training and quality role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute learning interventions from concept to completion.
• Track record of creating process‑improvement projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
