Training and Development Officer (Educator Programs)

About the role

The Training and Development Officer will support the onboarding, engagement and ongoing use of educator programs and digital learning platforms for teachers, schools and partner organisations. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth user experience, addressing concerns and helping maximise the impact of the organisation’s educational resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding activities, conduct orientations, platform walkthroughs and training sessions for schools, teachers and partners.
• Provide timely support for user inquiries, technical or program‑related issues and ensure resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with educators, gather feedback and foster positive relationships.
• Track participation, platform utilisation and engagement metrics; identify inactive users and coordinate re‑engagement actions.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction, escalate concerns when needed and keep accurate records.
• Assist in scheduling webinars, training events and community activities, collaborating with Content, Communications and Operations teams.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to program implementation and support customer‑success initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, Marketing, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training facilitation, customer service, account management or community engagement.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and events is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms preferred.
