Trainer – BPO Training (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Trainer to deliver high‑impact training to both new hires and existing staff at our One Felicity Center in Commonwealth, Quezon City. The role focuses on preparing employees for their daily duties, fostering a supportive learning environment, and ensuring they reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions that promote knowledge transfer and skill application.
• Use questioning, presentation, and facilitation techniques to enhance retention and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a trustworthy, learning‑focused atmosphere during instruction.
• Plan and prepare instructional materials tailored to specific learning modes.
• Assess learner performance using appropriate evaluation tools.
• Mentor and coach apprentice instructors and train newly assigned trainers.
• Coordinate training activities with operations, quality, and HR teams.

Required profile

• At least two years of college education completed.
• Minimum one year of relevant training experience in a BPO environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site at One Felicity Center and to follow a night‑shift schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to identify and address training needs.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, time‑critical setting and adapt quickly to changing business processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization.
