Trainee Miller

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Miller to join our flour milling operation. The role supports quality monitoring of finished flour products and assists operators in the mill and packing areas, contributing to overall efficiency and sanitation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and record quality parameters of all flour products.
- Assist mill operators and other key personnel with daily tasks.
- Support extraction processes and help maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards.
- Participate in basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Required profile
- BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably flour milling.
- High mechanical aptitude and strong analytical skills for calculations.
- Physically fit for a labor‑intensive role.
Required skills
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety principles.
- Basic machine troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook.
