Trailer Management Administrator – Urgent

About the role

GH Logistics is seeking a Trailer Management Administrator to support the Trailer Manager in overseeing a fleet of over 400 trailers across multiple carriers and terminals. This position is hands‑on, focused on maintaining accurate trailer visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, update, and reconcile daily trailer locations across the network.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and terminals to ensure correct trailer assignments and timely movements.
• Track trailer availability, maintenance schedules, and repair status.
• Maintain up‑to‑date trailer documentation, including registrations, inspections, tags, and insurance.
• Support reporting on trailer utilization, downtime, and compliance.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing updates promptly.
• Assist in improving internal trailer tracking systems for better visibility and accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, dispatch, or similar operational roles.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in record‑keeping.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple data points across systems and teams.
• Clear, professional communication skills across departments.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to spot and resolve issues early.

Required skills

• Familiarity with trailer tracking platforms such as Samsara or LoadStop (a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
