Tower Manager – Pylon Construction (Bridge)

About the role

The Tower Manager (Pylon Construction Manager) will lead the construction of the main bridge towers for a cable‑stayed bridge in the Philippines. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role oversees all activities from level +3.52 to the tower head, ensuring alignment with schedule, technical specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities related to the tower section.
• Coordinate with the Deputy Project Manager and the Main Bridge Team.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and work sequences for each tower lift.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and allocate resources.
• Report daily and weekly progress to the construction management team.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure construction projects.
• At least 10 years in a similar role on marine bridge or cable‑stayed bridge tower projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Strong technical knowledge of cable‑stayed bridge tower construction.
