TOC Engineer

About the role

Arcadis is seeking a TOC Engineer to join its IT Operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining the health of critical infrastructure, handling backups, monitoring, and ensuring rapid resolution of incidents across a 24x7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage regular system backups and perform disaster‑recovery restores.
• Maintain and operate IT assets, including hosting and networking equipment, following industry best practices.
• Update and improve the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and manage asset changes.
• Monitor systems using enterprise tools, respond to outages, and provide root‑cause analysis.
• Enforce identity policies, manage SSO integrations, and keep Active Directory services healthy.
• Deploy patches, perform OS upgrades, and manage software updates across Windows and Linux environments.
• Deliver a high‑quality end‑user experience through proactive maintenance and administration of technology assets.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Cisco and Microsoft solutions.
• Proven ability to restore services quickly and produce detailed root‑cause analyses.
• Willingness to work rotating 24x7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ITIL‑aligned incident management.
