Time & Tracking Consultant – AMS (Time Off/Tracking)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Time & Tracking Consultant to join its Application Managed Services (AMS) team across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on providing second‑ and third‑level support for time‑off and time‑tracking applications, ensuring smooth operations for clients in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd/3rd level AMS support for escalated incidents, performing in‑depth troubleshooting of medium to complex production issues.
• Conduct problem management activities, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes within agreed SLA time‑frames.
• Lead high‑level solution design for enhancements, estimate effort, and oversee end‑to‑end delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with firm standards and best practices.
• Adhere to all AMS processes, client IT policies, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise existing processes.
• Support project teams by delivering solution components, preparing presentation materials, and coordinating client communications.

Required profile

• Experience providing Level 2/Level 3 application support within an AMS or similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to design and document medium to complex enhancements.
• Familiarity with incident and problem management processes and SLA adherence.
