Theater Arts Instructor (Part‑time)

About the role
St. Paul College Pasig is seeking a part‑time Theater Arts Instructor to join its on‑site faculty. The instructor will design and deliver engaging lessons in acting, movement, voice, and stagecraft, supporting the school’s Catholic values and holistic education mission.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement theater arts lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Teach classes covering acting techniques, movement, vocal training, and stagecraft.
- Direct rehearsals and coach students for school productions and performances.
- Organise and oversee stage productions, including set, costume, and visual design.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other faculty on interdisciplinary projects and school events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching or directing school‑based theater programs.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and mentoring abilities.
- Willingness to uphold and promote Roman Catholic values.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in extracurricular activities.
Required skills
- Curriculum development for theater programs.
- Set design, costume design, or related visual arts expertise.
- Directing and coaching performers.
