Tertiary Education Coordinator

About the role

This remote position supports the planning, delivery, and reporting of tertiary and professional education programs for teams operating across Australia and the United Kingdom. The role works flexible hours to align with AU and UK business days, ensuring seamless program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate program delivery, including preparation, scheduling, logistics, and post‑sale student recruitment.
• Maintain program calendars and Asana project lists, tracking tasks to meet delivery timelines.
• Liaise with university partners, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to secure resources and technical configurations.
• Manage mentor recruitment, venue arrangements, and facilitation requirements for program launches.
• Provide participant support across multiple channels, handle community management, and oversee documentation workflows.
• Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with design, customer success, and tech teams to drive continuous improvement and scalability of program processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in professional education, training, or higher/tertiary education environments.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours (4 PM – 1 AM Philippine time) to support AU and UK teams.
• Familiarity with STEM program delivery is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
