Territory Business Manager

About the role

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will lead sales activities across Central Luzon, focusing on the lubricants market. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in construction, mining, energy, and transportation segments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market potential, competitor landscape and customer needs within the assigned territory.
• Identify and prioritize key prospects, conduct regular client visits, sales presentations and attend industry events.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with executives, decision‑makers and influencers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
• Coach distributors on business planning, pricing, marketing programmes and equipment campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 5‑10 years of B2B sales experience in lubricants or related product segments.
• Proven track record of sales growth and channel expansion.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
• High energy, initiative and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
