About the role
The Terminal Operations Assistant supports daily tank‑truck loading activities and other operational tasks at the fuel terminal. This position is essential for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring smooth product flow.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, measure, and mix fuel additives according to specifications.
- Collate, record, and review daily inventory, product receiving, and transfer reports for additives, dyes, and blending components.
- Update daily product stock reports and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Analyze product movements and maintain the integrity of inventory data.
- Report variances and provide explanations for any discrepancies.
- Perform other related functions as assigned.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Willing to be assigned to Roxas, Zamboanga.
- No prior experience required.
- Commitment to follow safety and operational procedures.
