Temporary Data Entry Virtual Assistant – Real Estate (2‑Week Project)

About the role

We are a growing real‑estate investment and property‑management company seeking four detail‑oriented Virtual Assistants for a short‑term data‑entry project. The role is fully remote, lasts two weeks, and offers flexible hours up to 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and organize property information into spreadsheets and databases.
• Review documents, extract relevant data, and update internal tracking systems.
• Transfer information from various sources into centralized files.
• Verify data for accuracy, flag missing or inconsistent entries, and follow written instructions.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets and report progress to supervisors.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and strong English reading and writing skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling data‑entry tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain confidentiality.
• Availability to work consistently throughout the two‑week project.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Google Drive for file storage and sharing.
