Telesales Representative – Law Enforcement Solutions

About the role

The Telesales Representative I will engage directly with U.S. law‑enforcement agencies to promote and sell the LexisNexis Coplogic Suite. The role covers the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract delivery and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospect lists, schedule demos and build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Identify key decision‑makers on police agency websites and nurture relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
• Learn and articulate the LexisNexis value proposition and follow the company’s sales methodology.
• Collaborate with implementation, sales support and business‑unit partners to ensure smooth hand‑over and fulfillment.
• Meet individual or team sales quotas and pursue bonus or incentive opportunities.
• Report progress to the REPH Team Supervisor and Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of college coursework completed.
• 1‑2 years of B2B inbound or outbound sales, lead generation or account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong presentation, active‑listening and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the flexibility to prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency using Avaya Communicator or comparable calling applications.
• Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
