Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in Silang on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to promote our financial and business advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone to generate new business opportunities.
• Handle inbound inquiries, provide information about services, and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Record all interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with team members to support overall company growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Experience in telesales or customer service is highly preferred.
• College diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
