Telemedicine Nurse – Remote Medical Assistance

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Assistance Nurse to provide high‑quality medical support to travelers worldwide. In this telemedicine position you will assess medical cases, deliver clinical advice, and coordinate care with doctors, operations teams, and global assistance centers to ensure safe, timely, and cost‑effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical assistance cases from assessment through documentation and ongoing coordination.
• Provide clinical advice to patients, employers, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with treating physicians and global assistance centers to evaluate care and transport needs.
• Coordinate medical evacuations and repatriations when required.
• Support medical referrals and ensure patients receive appropriate care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Required profile

• Philippine Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 3 years of solid clinical experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency medicine.
