Telemarketing Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Agency Y, a lead generation agency serving US and Canadian clients, is looking for a Telemarketing Specialist to work remotely from the Philippines. The role operates on a night shift (9 pm – 5 am PH time) and focuses on outbound B2B cold calling, appointment setting and closing sales deals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted contact lists.
• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients using a scripted approach.
• Adjust scripts as needed to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Set appointments and qualify prospects for the sales pipeline.
• Close B2B sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
• Post updates on social media platforms as required.
• Manage calling accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment.
• Assist and train other telemarketers when needed.
• Perform other ad‑hoc tasks related to lead generation.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B cold‑calling experience.
• At least 1 year of experience closing B2B sales deals.
• Strong, reliable internet connection.
• Headset with a working microphone.
