Telemarketer – Outbound Sales for US Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our remote team supporting US‑based financial services. You will be one of the first points of contact for prospective borrowers, introducing lending solutions and qualifying leads for further processing.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using company‑provided lead lists and CRM tools.
• Present financing options clearly while following compliance guidelines.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and determine eligibility for loan programs.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to loan specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM.
• Follow approved scripts, adapt conversations naturally, and handle objections professionally.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Experience supporting US customers.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and rapport‑building skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
